727حالة انتهاك رصدتها مؤسسة شركاء خلال فبراير 2020

أعلن فريق الرصد التابع لمؤسسة شركاء المستقبل للتنمية وحقوق الانسان في تقريره الشهري عن رصد 727حالة انتهاك لحقوق الانسان طالت المدنيين في اليمن خلال شهر فبراير 2020 . وتوزعت الانتهاكات الحقوقية والانسانية التي اوردها فريق الرصد في تقريره الشهري في عدت بنود . حيث رصد الفريق مقتل 51 مدني خلال شهر فبراير . بينهم 39 رجلا و 4 نساء و 8 اطفال ، واصابة 28 مدني منهم 19 رجل و3 نساء و 6 اطفال وتعرض 3 رجال للموت غرقا .

ورصد الفريق الميداني مقتل 3 حالات برصاص القناصة بينهم رجل و 2 اطفال ، واصابة 2 رجال بإصابات خطيرة . و رصد فريق المؤسسة قتل 13 حالة راحوا ضحايا انفجار الالغام التي اودت بحيات 9 رجال و أمراه واحدة و3 اطفال، واصابة 15 مدني بإصابات مختلفة من بينهم 10 رجال وامرأة واحدة و4 اطفال .

واعلن الفريق عن رصد 15 حالة راحت ضحية للمقذوفات المدفعية حيث قتل 5 مدنين بينهم رجل و2 نساء وطفل واحد ، واصابة 10مدنيين من بينهم 3 رجال و 2 نساء و 5 اطفال .

ووثق الفريق وقوع 474 حالة اعتقال تعسفي بين صفوف المدنيين ، واخفاء 12 حالة آخري . و تعرض 3 طالبات للاختطاف اثناء عودتهن من المدرسة وسط فلتان امني .

كم رصد الفريق تعرض 11 منزل للحرق والهدم بقذائف الهاون ، وتعرض 2 مساجد للتدمير و 2 مستشفى خاص و منظمة دولية واحدة وفندق واحد للتدمير .

ورصد الفريق تعرض 16 منزل للاقتحام مع نهب محتوياتها ، وكذلك تعرض 2 جامعات ومبنى وزارة ومستشفى للاقتحام بالإضافة الى 1 سكن طلابي جامعي و مسجد واحد ، واقتحام واغلاق 2 كافيهات نسائية تحت حجة انها اماكن للاختلاط .

و رصد الفريق الميداني بمؤسسة شركاء المستقبل قتل 35 مدنيا بضربات الطيران بينهم 9 رجال و 26 طفلا واصابة 23 مدني بينهم 5 نساء و18 طفل .

وأورد التقرير ان اليمن شهدة خلال شهر فبراير وقوع 2 حالات اغتصاب لامرأة وطفلة ، و 7 حالات انتحار بينهم 4 رجال و2 نساء و طفل واحد ، وسط تنامي الظاهرة بشكل ملحوظ شهريا . واورد التقرير بأن حالة حقوق الانسان التي تعيشها اليمن تشهد تدهور مريع لحقوق الانسان المدنية والسياسية وتفشي ظاهرة البطالة وتدهور الاقتصاد وتصاعد غلاء المعيشة في ظل استمرار توقف صرف الرواتب وغياب اي رؤية لأعادت صرفها من جديد خلال الايام القادمة ....

727cases violations reported by the Partners Foundation during February 2020

In its monthly report, the monitoring team of the Future Partners for Development and Human Rights announced that 727 cases of human rights violations committed in Yemen were monitored in February 2020. Where the team observed the killing of 51 civilians during the month of February. Including 39 men, 4 women and 8 children, wounding 28 civilians, including 19 men, 3 women and 6 children, and 3 men were killed by drowning.

The field team observed that 3 snipers were killed, including a man and 2 children, and that 2 men were seriously injured. And the Foundation's team monitored the killing of 13 cases, who were victims of the mine explosion that claimed the lives of 9 men, one woman and 3 children, and wounded 15 civilians with various injuries, including 10 men, one woman and 4 children.

The team announced that 15 cases had been identified as a victim of artillery, killing 5 civilians, including a man, 2 women and one child, and wounding 10 civilians, including 3 men, 2 women and 5 children.

The team documented 474 cases of arbitrary detention among civilians, and the disappearance of 12 others. And 3 students were kidnapped while returning from school amid security chaos.

The team also observed that 11 houses were burned and demolished, and 2 mosques were destroyed, 2 private hospitals, one international organization and one hotel were destroyed.

The team monitored 16 houses that were broken into, while their contents were looted, as well as 2 universities, a ministry building, and a hospital that were stormed, in addition to 1 university student residence and one mosque, and the intrusion and closure of 2 women's cafes under the pretext that they were places for mixing.

The field team at the Future Partners Foundation monitored the killing of 35 civilians with air strikes, including 9 men and 26 children, and wounding 23 civilians, including 5 women and 18 children.

The report stated that during the month of February, Yemen witnessed 2 cases of rape of a woman and a girl, and 7 cases of suicide, including 4 men, 2 women and 1 child, as the phenomenon increased significantly every month. The report stated that the human rights situation in Yemen is witnessing a horrific deterioration of civil and political human rights, the widespread phenomenon of unemployment, the deterioration of the economy, the escalation of the high cost of living in light of the continued stoppage of salaries and the absence of any vision to re-spend them again in the coming days
